Subject: Regarding sponsoring candidates for TNAI workshop on "Nursing Research Methodology" from August 18 - 25, 2010.

Dear Sir/Madam

We are pleased to inform you that The Trained Nurses' Association of India will be conducting one week Workshop on the above mentioned theme from August 18 - 25, 2010 for Staff Nurses, ANS/ DNS, PHNs, Nurse Educators and DPHNO's working in Hospital/Community/Education. The workshop will be held at TNAI Headquarters, New Delhi

The overall purpose of the workshop is to strengthen the knowledge of participants regarding concepts of research, research process and statistics so as to enable them to conduct research studies in various settings and utilize the research findings to provide quality nursing care.

Duration : One week, August 18 - 25, 2010

Total participation fee:

(1) Outstation participants those who require accommodation ( fee package for Registration, Boarding and lodging for 8 days including Sunday)	Rs. 13,000.00
(2) Local participants those who do not require accommodation ( fee package for Registration, lunch and refreshment) for 7 days	Rs. 6,400.00

Please note that in case of any cancellation, an amount of Rs. 5000/- will not be refunded. No outstation cheque will be accepted.

You are requested to kindly sponsor two or more participants from your State/Institutions to attend this workshop. Please note that the entire cost of attending the workshop will be borne by the sponsoring authority, government/ institution/ concerned individuals.

As only limited number of seats (40) are available, seats will be allotted on first come first serve basis. Boarding and lodging arrangement will be made only if requested in advance. The last date for receiving duly filled registration form is August 16, 2010 Kindly send the registration fee in advance to ensure confirmation of the seat in the above said workshop. However, seats can be reserved by phone//fax/E-mail as mentioned above.

Your earliest action in this matter will facilitate institutions to relieve the individuals in time under intimation to this office.
