As many of you are aware, Nursing Journal of India (NJI) – the monthly organ of Trained
Nurses Association of India (TNAI) – is completing 100 years of its existence. To remind
you, the first issue of NJI was published in February 1910. As part of centenary celebrations
of NJI, the Executive Body of TNAI befittingly desired to have the opinions and views
of its readers so as to make the monthly more vibrant, user-friendly and relevant to the
requirements of the nursing fraternity. In keeping with requirement of India Post Department,
we have started giving some space for items in Hindi.
We therefore urge you to kindly spare a little time in expressing your perceptions about
the contents and quality of this journal for enhancing its standard. The Editorial Advisory
Committee shall duly consider your views. Kindly send your views and comments by post,
courier fax or e-mail to the Headquarters by 15 November 2009.
