Population Stabilization

The world is going through a period of unprecedented demographic transformation. Never before in the history of humanity have changes in population patterns been so fast moving and spread globally. What is most remarkable is not so much the growth of the world’s population, as the rapidity of the changes in its composition. Over the next few years the future population growth is projected to be in the adult age ranges: at the same time the number of children may either remain stable or even decline.

The speed of population growth in our country has outpaced the ability to produce and provide the required amenities and necessities for a good quality of life. Growth population is a burning issue at the national as well the international level, and more so in our country which has the second largest population in the world.
