Registration Fee is not refundable. In case of cancellation only boarding and lodging charges
are refundable as per rules in force. One month in advance –75%; 15 days in advance – 50% and
no refund thereafter.
No TNAI member from States except those accompanying the students are permitted to attend
the Conference.
The Charges are payable in advance and should be sent by Demand Draft drawn in favour of
XXIII SNA Biennial Conference 2009, State Bank of India, A/c No. 30790529370, alongwith
duly filled in Registration form. It is to be sent to the Conference Registration Chairperson
latest by September 15, 2009. Late Registration Fee will be charges after September 15, 2009.
The Registration Form alongwith the payments and a self-addressed stamped envelope Rs.6/-
should be addressed to Mrs. Chameli Roy, Chairperson, Registration Committee, Senior Sister
Tutor, NTS, S.S.K.M. Hospital, Kolkata, West Bengal (Mobile No.09830549050).
N.B.
Due to accommodation constraints SNA members’ participation is restricted to three members
from each SNA Unit, SNA Unit Advisor, Vice President and Secretary and students taking
part in Exhibition, Competition, making presentations at the Plenary Sessions and ANM
programme. However, there is no restriction for the local SNA Members provided appropriate
adjustment is made with the Conference Organisers.
It is regretted that no accommodation arrangements will be possible for members accompanied
by families/friends/relations. They will have to make arrangements on their own. However,
they may get information about accommodation facilities available in the city by writing
to the Chairperson, Registration Committee.
The Registration Form can be obtained from the TNAI Headquarters, L-17, Green Park, New
Delhi-110016. Members are also permitted to use typed/photocopies of this form.
