You all are aware , the meetings of the TNAI Executive
Committee and Council are slated to be held at Kolkata
(West Bengal) during 27-28 October 2009.
Agenda
Items
The State Branches and Council Members are Requested
to send agenda items well in advance for the following
meetings:
(i)
TNAI Executive Committee Meeting
(ii)
TNAI Council Meeting.
Agenda items for these meetings Shall include issue that require national level discussion and decisions.Each item should be self contained or it should have explanatory notes.
Agenda items should reach TNAI Hqrs by 20 September 2009
